Trust is in the details.
Start with the property
Reviews should identify the operator they are written for: room count, property type, locations, channel mix, staffing and operational complexity. A feature is useful only when it solves a relevant problem.
Build an evidence trail
Research should distinguish hands-on access, free trials and demos from vendor documentation, public pricing and user reviews. Published reviews should include dated source links and identify which observations were independently checked.
Test when access is available
Hands-on work should use realistic workflows such as booking, modification, cancellation, guest messaging and room preparation. We do not claim that software was tested unless it was. The InnStack Tested label is only available for profiles explicitly marked as tested.
Account for the whole setup
Assess integrations, international availability, payment regions, property size, support coverage, onboarding and data portability. Ask what is included, what costs extra and what depends on another provider.
Keep commercial relationships separate
Affiliate relationships do not determine rankings or conclusions. Affiliate links must be disclosed, and sponsored content must be clearly identified.
Maintain and correct
A real review should carry an updated date and be revised when material evidence changes. Corrections should be made transparently. Readers can use the contact page to see our current contact status.
